What Makes Me, Me

My name is {{childName}}, and this is a story about what makes me, me. There is only one me in the whole world. The things I love, the way I think, and the things I notice all make me who I am. This story celebrates that.

I have favourite things, favourite places, and favourite people. When I love a topic, I learn everything about it. Knowing so much about my favourite topics is one of my strengths. The people around me learn new things from me.

I notice things other people miss. I have ideas nobody else would think of. My family and friends know the world is more interesting with me in it. Nobody else can be me — that job is all mine.

I am interesting, capable, and loved. I do not need to be anyone else — being me is a great thing to be. Today, I celebrate being exactly who I am. Hooray for me!
