When I make a mistake, I might feel frustrated, embarrassed, or upset. Those feelings are okay, and they do not last forever. I can take a slow breath. One mistake does not spoil a whole day.

If I make a mistake, I can try to fix it, try again, or ask a grown-up for help. I do not need to be perfect. I am learning that mistakes are okay, and that I can keep going.
