My name is {{childName}}, and this is my story about going to a sporting event. I am going to watch a real game with a grown-up. There will be lots and lots of people there. It can be loud and exciting. Many people love watching sport together.

We travel to the ground together. At the gate, we show our tickets, and then we find our seats. There might be a queue, so we wait our turn. Finding our seats can take a few minutes — every seat has its own number.

There is a big crowd at the game. People cheer, clap, and sometimes shout when something exciting happens. The noise can be very loud and very sudden. I can wear my headphones or cover my ears, and that is okay. The cheering means people are enjoying the game.

I can watch the game, have a snack, and cheer for our team. Cheering with the crowd can feel exciting. If I need a rest, I can sit quietly for a while — I do not have to cheer the whole time. I can ask a grown-up questions about the game too.

When the game finishes, lots of people leave at the same time. We stay close together and walk slowly to the exit. Then we travel home. Going to a big game with a big crowd is a big adventure — and I did the whole thing!
