Finishing My Work

My name is {{childName}}, and this is my story about finishing my work at school. During the day, my teacher gives me work to do, like writing, reading, or activities. Finishing my work helps me learn.

Sometimes starting is the hardest part. I can take one small step first. I do not have to do all of it at once — I can work on one bit at a time.

If the work feels hard or boring, I might want to stop. That feeling is okay. I can take a breath and keep trying, or I can quietly ask my teacher for help. Hard work gets easier with practice.

When I finish, I can put my work away and feel proud of what I did. My work does not have to be perfect — trying my best is what matters. I am learning to finish my work, one step at a time.
