Hi there, we worked closely with the National Autistic Society to develop The Transporters and our own Space Place, which are both aimed at helping children with autism. They both combine social interactions with obvious statement of emotion when relevant and they have been found to be quite useful. Cheers. PP

I love your information on social stories. As a school psychologist I have used them with great results. Please take a look at http://www.childrensucceed.com. These games are great for teaching social and communication skills to high functioning autistic children and children with asperger’s. The games work best for those children who have benefited from the use of social stories and are ready to move to the next level.

I have a 14 year old autistic daughter recovering from cancer.
Was in the hospital for 6 months, and now is experiencing post
tramatic stress. Very frustratied. Goes through a lot of anger
sessions with herself, and can become aggressive if close to
people. Thank you for the references to developing a visual
rules using social story.
